"Outstanding customer service. Worked with us to find contractor to remove asbestos."

"This is a company based in GA that contracts with local independent individuals to do the inspection and air samples ( I had a mold inspection and test). I was pleased with my initial call as wasn't entirely sure what kind of test and they helped me through which one to order based upon what I told them of the history of my house. Inspector was on time, explained the process. Results came quickly and were explained well. They connected me with a remediation company matching my needs."

"Mitchel and his crew were super easy to work with. They did great work, made us feel safe and were kind to the curious kiddos."

"The project was done perfectly and on time. I appreciated the explanations and practical advice about future projects. Excellent service."

"We had a leaky shower pipe that soaked through the floor boards of 3 rooms and led to visible mold in my son's closet. Our plumber recommended Justin from Integrity Restoration. Justin came that same evening to assess the damages and talked me through the remediation, restoration, and insurance process. I was immediately pleased that Justin removed his shoes prior to entering our home, without prompting. He was careful to contain any debris with protective plastic sheeting and ensured a thorough clean-up. The entire process took him 2 weeks to complete and the final cost matched his estimate. Should I ever require restoration services again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Justin."

"Leo figured out our problem right away, as soon as the sheet rock is ripped out he will come back a spray for the specific mold we have. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would hire him again."

"I had some odors coming from my crawlspace so I called Amy and Peter. I got an amazing education as they checked both my crawlspace & my attic. They took photos & wrote a VERY detailed report which I could use to share with an abatement company re: the rodent/small animal problems I had and had no idea were so severe. The tested moldy looking areas and also referred me to abatement companies they trusted. Those companies then said "ah, Mold Reporters, yes, they are very detailed & thorough" and could use that information for bids. Amy & Peter came on time, prepared and were very professional. I would absolutely hire them again. Amy knows so much and sent me links to sites with more information as well, then followed up AFTER I had the remediation done as well as checking in and answering questions I had when I was getting bids. Over & above service!"

"Knowledgable and professional. Very happy with the work (mold remediation, demolition and restoration) that they did for us."

"Miguel and Zack showed up and hit the ground running they did a very nice job and cleaned up after they finished"

"Representative prompt and thorough. One of three estimates, price was reasonable. Chose another provider based on the equipment we wanted. We have two houses and use Culligan in one them, very happy with service.
