"I contacted this company for mold remediation in the  basement of my home, built in 1955  The office manager was professional
and once she knew my issue, scheduled an appointment at my convenience.  She e-mailed pertinent information about the company, ahead of meeting with their professional.  Their professional came to review the project.  He was prompt and convinced me of his knowledge of waterproofing but, admitted that his company did not do mold remediation but would refer me to someone with whom they worked.
Initially I thought that it was a waste of time for him to come knowing that the company could not provide the express service of mold remediation.  However, I learned some valuable information that I used for other interviews.
I would have hired this company had they provided a competent reference for the actual mold remediation and the costs together were comparable to other bids.  This did not happen, so I did not hire them.

They inspected for mold in my basement, removed duct cover where mold was found, built a new cover, applied mold preventive to the whole basement, and did an awesome clean-up, including vacuuming the whole basement. I was pleased that the job was done well and finished in a day. One worker returned two days later to sand the drywall, which had needed time to dry completely. I appreciate how they explained everything they were doing."
