Sent us an estimate the same night, which included everything we asked for, including a copy of their certificate to operate. We agreed to contract and signed it the next day. They sent us a date work would be done and arrived on time to do it. Work was done the same day, clean up was done perfectly and we paid them. We were very satisfied with entire process. "First, I have to admit, this is a long overdo review...sorry for my procrastination! Hired in 7/2024 for mold remediation in basement & crawlspace. Also installed vapor barrier and insulation in crawlspace. Janet, the owner of the company, is a God send!!! She is very personable to work with and has bent over backwards to keep the project moving forward... even showing up herself to help out when needed. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, in person, in texts, as well as via phone calls. Overall, Janet & her Team (Dalton and Mate) did a great job. I would recommend & use them again... but hopefully wont have to. (They provide a 10 year warranty). Also, pricing was great as well...very fair! Thank you team!!!"
