"We have renters staying in a house we list on airbnb. We were hearing mounting complaints from them - the lower level is smelly... it's getting worse... it's damp... the dehumidifier isn't working... someone is allergic and having symptoms. I called for help after business hours and heard back quickly from Dan directly. I sent in the professionals! They evaluated the situation and told us what we hoped (and suspected) - there is no mold/mildew problem! Dan from Catamount offered to leave a powerful dehumidifier there for a week anyway, if we wanted, but although I would have paid him for that, he didn't even recommend it - because it was unnecessary! This is clearly a scrupulous company that will not charge you for work unless you really need it. While I'm glad we don't have a problem, I actually regret that I can't hire him for something.
