"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"I called about a possible mold issue. Jason showed up the next day and verified that what I saw was in fact black mold. He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job setting up the containment to keep mold from spreading through the rest of the house. Total time was less than I thought it would be."

The biggest thing that stood out was the price. They were extremely cheap for the amount of work that was actually performed. They are efficient and were there for about a day; 10 hours and they pretty much took care of things. They found tarping in my crawl space pretty much had radon in it. One of the things, too, about them is that they stood by their product and what they do with their services. They left us a radon test kit and if that kit reaches levels higher than they were expecting they come out and reevaluate what they did initially.

"Had a broken pipe a few weeks ago, we got the pipe repaired and we dried everything out but shortly after had mold developing in the wall behind the shower. Ben at Advanced Recovery sent out their technician Andy and he handled it right there onsite, and it cost us $500 less than our cheapest estimate.
