We met with Larry Conley, and he provided us with the following, informative and educational experience: He explained in detail what he proposed he would do for us. He brought in some very sophisticated air testing equipment, collected many samples from around the home, took them in for testing, then brought us a report of what was found. He was able to explain the highly technical report in "layman's" terms, then presented his recommendations to eliminate the hazards found. We let him proceed with the "abatement" procedures and have not experienced those symptoms again. Larry is phenomenal at what he does. I hope I do not have to use his services again, but he will be my first call if necessary!"

He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him.
