A few days later he called us to let us know that there was some mold but it was not the dangerous kind. He followed up the phone call with an official report from the lab. The primary souce of the mold was the crawlspace. Steve cleaned up the source of the mold and helped us find the source of water that was causing the problem. He is in the process of cleaning out the crawlspace of debris that was harboring the mold at this time. The odor is now gone and we are so relieved."
