"I followed the advice on an earlier report and clearly defined where I wanted the pipe to be installed. The estimator and I determined two possible sites though he and I each preferred different sites. The installer, James, was very easy to work with. He was able to install the pipe where I wanted the pipe. The installation was quick, relatively quiet and they cleaned up the site. The estimator again showed up as promised to install the radon test machine as they guarantee a reduction below 4. The fan, which runs outside the house will add to your electric bill. I haven't received a new bill yet so I can't say how much, though estimates are from $50-150 a year. Also, your town may require permits and that adds to the cost. Montclair charges $95 for permits."

"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with. Hopefully I never have to worry about mold again, but will certainly reach out to certified mold removal if I need to."
