Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Schoharie, NY

"It's never good news to hear you have asbestos, but Michael was professional, helpful, and friendly."

"Dave, the owner, did the work himself. He did a fantastic job cleaning up the entire area. We will definitely be recommending his company to others in need of demolition services."

"Note: it is hard for me to determine value for money as I was charged for a full day of asbestos removal because that was their minimum and I only had a teeny tiny bit (but hey, donâ t mess with asbestos!). The guys were there for an hour and did extra work which was kindly included in the day rate (removing some old batt and a couple of pieces of dry wall). They were very courteous and very neat, they cleaned up after the work and I was very pleased. I recommend!"

"I hired a different business outside of HomeAdvisor"

"Fast Service, Great Customer Service, Very fair price for the amount of work done"

"Yes very thorough , knowledgeable and helpful after the fact with questions. Was quick to respond and certainly not an alarmist. Would recommend for any form of inspection"

"My circumstances changed and I no longer needed the service. But Precision was responsive, helpful and fairly priced, hence the 5 stars."

"Dan did an excellent job with my mold assessment. His inspection was thorough and his recommendations were thoughtful. The information he provided helped me plan the remediation and got me on the way to a cleaner and healthier house."

"Chuck was very professional and kind would work with him again."

"The relationship between the office you reach by phone and the actual contractors who show up to do the work is a bit confusing and I’m still not sure I understand it but in the end, when the crew shows up and gets to work, the work gets done. It’s done neatly and efficiently and the clean-up was very good. Money-wise, they’re a real bargain and an asbestos project that I think most people would reject out of hand as unaffordable becomes affordable."
