Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Truckee, CA

"They were very accurate in sampling and testing parts of the house to test for asbestos. Nice people and they seem trustworthy. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is that there was miscommunication between the receptionist who took the initial scope of work and what was actually needed at the job site, resulting in a large price difference. Other than that, they were great. Quick with results too."

"Stellar customer service. They responded to our request for service the same day and scheduled an excellent crew to take care of it the next day. And they were absolutely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend."

"Steve is great! Reliable, knowledgeable, honest, freindly. He explained everything he was doing and why. He provided excellent service."

"Awesome job removing asbestos popcorn ceiling throughout our house in Tahoe. They completely sealed the interior of the house with plastic. Removed the asbestos and disposed of it properly. Reasonable price and everything done on time with follow up inspection. Excellent customer service."

"Every step of the way was punctual, professional and well explained. I would recommend Mold Test Company to anyone."

"Peter knows what he is doing & made very good suggestions. For 1st phase I am doing the work myself. If that does not mitigate well, then I will be using him."

"Curtis was quick to respond, showed up the next day on time, and was in and out in very little time. I even got my results the same day which was amazing. This is a rental property I had him test, and as they say, time is money. And having the testing & results that quickly with a letter stating it was clear of mold to cover me legally was exactly what I needed."

"Very quick response initially, but then dragged on and on. Some of this was change orders/product delays, but most was distance from their office to the home and the fact that the crew worked multiple jobs at the same time. Workers came at all hours of the day and night, and were often tired, but fortunately the house was next door and vacant. Would say they were coming and then didn't show at times. Had to do final finishing work ourselves because it was easier than to guess when they would be able to come out and finish. All the while , the front office kept asking for payments, even when no work had been done since last payment. Disconnect here. Much of the work was ok quality/ home depot level materials, but other work had to be redone because it was done incorrectly (wrong color paint, drain traps leaking, defective. Electrical was improperly grounded on fixtures. Very nice people, but really expensive considering the project as a whole and having a rental property offline for an extended time."
