Dean fully inspected and, while the work was not done to his standard, he told me that I do not need further remediation. He gave me lots of great advice, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I will definitely call Dean if/when I need remediation in the future. Thanks, Dean! :)"

"Dave knew I was concerned about toxic mold ~ I had flooding damage and I was having nose bleeds. He was so kind about my plight and fit me in very quickly. He took air samples, swabs for mold, and a sample for asbestos testing. I got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. He explained parts of the process that might interest me in my specific situation. He was so respectful and understanding regarding my stress and anxiety over my rental unit. I donâ t see any possible reason why I would use anybody except Dave if I need these services again. I highly recommend him. You cannot go wrong with Dave. Thank you, Dave, for being so helpful during such a hard time."

"Carla and her team were completely professional. As soon as they started the work, they kept us informed about everything, dealt with the landlord regarding the extent of damage and the money. Basically, they came into a very stressful situation and alleviated all of the stress. Their goal was to get the job complete quickly, accurately, and up to our standards. They went over and above in their work ethic and customer service."
