They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement). "The young men who removed the asbestos from the pipes in my basement were friendly and took great care to cover doorways so that the material they were removing did not get into non-protected areas. The asbestos was removed completely from the pipes and the basement was left clean and free from any debris. They were real nice young men and I told them to go to College because this kind of work will probably affect their health and their happiness at some point in the future."
