"I had used a home mold test that had high numbers of a toxic mold present. I called Mold Remediation & Testing Experts who explained that home kits aren t always accurate. They came out and did a professional sampling. The crew was professional and friendly. I got my results back in a day. The test showed my house didn t have a problem at all. Some other companies would have skipped the test and went right into treatment, but not these guys. They did things the right way!"

"My husband and brother are in the process of buying a 4 unit building. We were concerned that the property might have a few issues due to the age of the property. We had no idea where to go to have the property inspected. The real estate office gave us the names of a few inspectors. I looked online to read their reviews, but I really did not see anything that would make me feel comfortable with using their service. I came across All American Inspections and called Dan. He had a lot of reviews and all positive. He was in the process of inspecting a property, but still took the time to go over everything with me in detailed. This made me feel comfortable. We decided to work with Dan. He spoke with me while he was on site and provided a detailed report with pictures and videos. The property had more issues than I expected. He then referred me to electricians, termite inspectors, roofers and plumbers. We even had the property tested for mold based on Dan's observation. Turns out one of the units has black mold. I am extremely pleased with the service, turn time of getting the report and Dan's overall expertise of All American. I highly recommend All American for Inspections. I would give Dan more stars if I could. Thanks for everything."

"The technician was very sweet and made us feel comfortable throughout the inspection. He was very knowledgeable in mold. He helped us understand the different types of mold and the possible causes. We would highly recommend them!!"

"Answered call live. Scheduled me in same week. Was prompt, curteous, professional. Came with a lot of equipment and safety gear. Took samples around water logged window seal. Used a moisture meter and found significant issues. Sent lab samples out same day and found dangerous levels of mold. Saved my health and my office lease. Can't recommend Jason Fontenot and Mold Man Solutions enough!!"

"Amazing! I can't express how spectacular these ladies are! They were professional and knowledgeable, making the process effortless. Amanda and her team were diligent and kept me informed throughout the entire project. We ran into some mold during a bathroom remodel, which was very disappointing and frightening. We quickly reached out to an inspector, and he referred Nicole to us. She promptly added us to her schedule; keep in mind this was during the winter chaos. Within a week, her team was here and taking care of the matter. I can't praise them enough!"

"Very well from start to finish, punctual and professional service from the president to the lowest person on the crew. Very knowledgeable crew. Not too mention that our home is a very “fresh” home by way of duct cleaning. Just in time before all of this Southeast Louisiana pollen just struck."

"Great customer service. Jay showed up on time and had my results to me in 24 hours. Very professional and a great local company to work with!"

"I am very pleased with the service I received.  The technician was prompt and very courteous - he wore shoe covers so as not to mess up the new floors."
