"Extremely prompt to answer questions or concerns. Service technician was "right on time" for the initial testing. I was lucky to have no asbestos so I cannot review their removal process. I was impressed with the office staff's communications."

"Steve was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions we had as we walked through. He was also very thorough and caught some mold and water damage we missed and was able to swab it and send it off. We had the results the next morning and we were able to get out of our purchase contract. We will definitely be hiring him again in our home search!"

"On time and very professional. Very helpful with the issue."

"Lance is very knowledgeable and good with explaining the system. He gave the quote and also did the work. The company was able to accommodate my tight real estate needs timeline. One thing to have made it better would have been a quicker means of post testing the radon levels after installation. We had to go to another company to hire them to do the testing."

"Josh and the team did a really big job for us last week. They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing. We had several quotes from other companies, some much more expensive, but Josh was the only one that actually discovered WHY we had water in our crawlspace and created a plan to tackle that problem. Going with the company that wasn't just putting a bandaid on the situation and was reasonably priced was no-brainer. Also, a number of the other companies were really aggressive and fear-mongered- I did not get that feeling from General Waterproofing at all. They were very upfront about the issues and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary systems or upgrades. The crew was polite"

"Lance was very thorough and professional, he took care of our radon machine with a new duct and fan, I would recommend him to anyone"
