"I have bought Electrolux vacuums for 40 years.I have been in Greensboro for 15 years and Brad has been my sales and service man . The products pretty much sell themselves after you have had one .Brad is very knowledgeable about the Aerus products. He has always been prompt to respond to needs for service ,maintenance or questions .He is very professional , personable and obviously enjoys and is very dedicated to his work . Always a pleasure to work with him . Today he replaced filters on my air machines and checked two vacuums. The motor is gone in one vac -beyond repair. He said my 14 year upright is good for a while . He informed me of the new model which I am interested in seeing in the near future because of some improved features !! I am sure it will be hard to resist!"

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
