They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"Contacted us quickly on the weekend. We thought we had an ice dam and roof leak after seeing mold on our ceiling and an ice dam on the roof above. John was honest about the damage (less than we initially thought). He moved quickly to take out the affected part of our ceiling and wall and contained the mold and gave us references for who could help us with repair of the ceiling/wall. Very kind, helpful, proactive, and fast."

"At the recommendation of our plumber, we used Rapid Restoration after we had an issue with leakage in our walls.  They returned our calls promptly, came out the same day for service, and went above and beyond the call of duty to insure we had no issues.  They gave us excellent service overall.

"Mark came by and did a mold inspection in my home. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He also had a lot of helpful knowledge regarding my upcoming renovation, which was the reason I was getting the house inspected. I got good info, good results and no scare tactics. Very honest, very much worth the money."

"Vickie is awesome; she initially came in and tested in multiple areas for mold levels. When the results came back she gave very detailed instructions on how to resolve the issues. We ended up hiring a company to come in and do the work for us. Vickie came back for a follow up check when they were done to check the levels again. She knows her stuff and would not hesitate to hire her again"

"We were very disheartened after discovering that our pipes had an asbestos insulation wrapping over them. My wife and I ended up talking to Richard who was very responsive and knowledgeable, answering all our crazy questions and calming the storm. He gave us all our options and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated the time he took with us on a Friday afternoon and having patience with us. He did not ask us anything for his time and effort. We are still in the midst of a decision on the course of action, so I cannot comment on the quality of work, but the first experience with the company was a pleasant one."

"Kale at Radon-B-Gone was customer service personified! It was wonderful to work with someone committed to doing good work. Thanks Kale!"
