"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"Can highly recommend the services of In and Out Home Inspections! I recently needed to have a home inspection completed for the purchase of a home. Bill replied quickly when I reached out to see if he would travel to my town to do an inspection. He patiently answered my questions through emails, texts, and calls, and we set up an appointment for within the next week to do the inspection. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and shared his honest wisdom regarding my concerns and questions. I greatly appreciated his "thermal imaging" inspection to give me peace of mind regarding the question of any moisture in a ceiling that had leaked before getting new roof, and behind a wall. His price was competitive. I received the report within less than 24 hours, and he documented all recommended work that he felt should be completed before settlement. From start to finish it was a great experience working with Bill and would definitely recommend In and Out Home Inspections!"
