"The mold inspectors were courteous, professional, and responsive to questions about the mold inspection. We discussed possible concerns with mold, the possible causes and likely remediation steps. This company generally performs an inspection without pressing to perform a subsequent remediation. This maintains the integrity of the inspection. But I was so impressed with the inspector(s) that I think I will also have this same company perform the remediation. As promised, I received an informative report on the mold within a few days of the inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turn-around time!"
