"After coming home from a vacation and finding our finished basement flooded we used Home Advisor to find help. CARE Property Services responded immediately and did a thorough job of removing the water, and drying out the basement, after removing all furniture and multiple cardboard boxes. After the dry out they returned for the recovery phase, replacing drywall and insulation as needed, painting all rooms and a thorough cleaning of the carpet. Then they put back all the furniture and those boxes not ruined or that we requested to leave for us to evaluate. They worked with our insurance company making the entire process as easy as possible. They were wonderful to work with, professional, helpful and did all they could to prevent any disruption to our life. I highly recommend them."

"James Twisselmann puroclean Camden, DE was exceptional. Right off the bat he was on top of everything. Quick intial response followed by quick responses. Great communication. Had a couple minor hiccups (missed spots) which he addressed and took care of immediately.Very knowledgeable. Cost was half what other 4 estimates were for same work done. He went out of his way to meet with me and even referred me to others for renovaton work. His price is exactly what he says. He also pointed out other potential issues that didn't even concern his job. Would recommend them highly to anybody. Very happy. Great customer service.
