"Pete was very up front and open about the mold issues we had and what the services would include. We had a bit of a lag getting service scheduled, but I assume they are busy and short-staffed, as many places are right now. Crew was professional and arrived on time for the work."

"Mold assessment and remediation is something I know very little about, probably like most home owners. That being said, having this work performed professionally comes down largely to trusting that the person you've hired is honest and trustworthy. Ben came across as such from the beginning. The work is done and my property does look and feel clean and mold free at this point so, based on my limited experience in this area, yes, I am satisfied. Ben, The Mold Specialist, was a pleasure to work with."

"Our town of approximately 1800 had a FEMA designated disaster flood. Ben and helper showed up right on time. Long drive to get here. All local mold businesses very busy. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"

"Robert communicated fully and regularly where he was in the asbestos abatement process. We fully understood the total cost and expected completion time."

"We had a special situation, and Epic was the only company willing to come out to help us evaluate the best location for installation. Installer was great - he recognized asbestos tile on the basement floor, and recommended appropriate remediation service. System is basically invisible - no ugly pipe up the outside of the house! Follow-up test shows radon level reduced to well under recommended minimum."

"Inquired about mold testing for daughter's bedroom. He gave me a few ideas over the phone of what to do as opposed to just to tearing up the place. If we need a test, I'm definitely calling back."

"Took care of mold issue at an affordable price."

"Fast quality work at a fair price"

"Answered promptly and professionally. Was very clear on expectations for the job"
