"Kenson was very thorough and professional, and applied lots of experience to tailor their services to our exact needs."

"Excellent job with hard working and respectful employees - cleaned the basement of 200+ year old home littered with generations of junk as well as mold; it now looks fantastic. Shoveled out drive way as a bonus."

"Very buyer centered, helpful compassionate and incredibly professional. The only inspection company I would ever use. Thank you for a stress free experience m!"

"We had a pipe burst in our basement when the temps dipped super low. After drying it out as a precaution we hired them to come test to make sure we did a thorough job. They used water detection tools and thermal imaging to see any water damage or water that was still present. Thankfully there wasn’t nor was their mold! When it comes to water damage and mold in your home - peace of mind is priceless!"

"Cannot say enough good things about this company! Responsive, respectful, quality work , and reasonably priced."

"The two people who came to our home to do our estimate were very thorough, polite, explained everything in detail, went over and above what they had to do to be sure where the mold was coming from, took their time, gave us best case and worst case scenario... most likely we will hire NE Decon, but we do have to compare w/one other company to get a 'feel' - just to be sure, as it is a costly job and we want to be sure we get the best for our buck."

"Contact Advanced Bio Cleaning FIRST. You will not get a better consult and estimate than Advanced Bio. There was mold in [dirt] cellar due to the house being closed up for a few years. It was bad! Mold was literally hanging from the beams like spider webs. Michael and Suzy are really nice people and Michael explains things very well. Very important to me was that my 2 dogs would be safe and treated kindly (they can be pesky sometimes). One dog is very wary of strangers. Both dogs took to Michael right away! After the work was done I did not even recognize my cellar - wow! So clean! The solutions used even had a pleasant clean smell. Sometimes hard to connect with because he is so busy, but as the saying goes. If you want to get something done, ask a busy person!"

"Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly service for our mold issue in basement; owner very available for questions and flexible with schedule; highly recommend; our basement mold went from way above normal to way below"

"I only give them 5 stars because they don't allow for six on here. GMS services got back to me right away and took care of the asbestos testing quickly. Then they even assisted with getting the asbestos removed. I've had asbestos work done before and never had such responsive and fast customer service."

"Working with Jim, was like working with trusted family. Jim went above and beyond, he investigated and determine where the issue stemmed from vs just cleaning up and walking away. Jim and his team did an excellent job and was truly a lifesaver. I would hire Jim and his team without hesitation and would advise anyone who needs the services they provide to look no further. Often times we can find ourselves over a barrel when unexpected disasters happen in our homes as whatâ s most comforting is knowing you are working with honest, good people. Thank you"
