Mold was literally hanging from the beams like spider webs. Michael and Suzy are really nice people and Michael explains things very well. Very important to me was that my 2 dogs would be safe and treated kindly (they can be pesky sometimes). One dog is very wary of strangers. Both dogs took to Michael right away! After the work was done I did not even recognize my cellar - wow! So clean! The solutions used even had a pleasant clean smell.
