"To whom it may concern, In November of 2022 I contacted AIRXRAY for maintenance on the radon unit of our home. Upon inspection they found that the unit was not working appropriately. Also that a build up of iron was an issue & the sump pump was not working. They were able to replace the radon unit with a better unit, scraped the excess iron from the sides of the pit & started a plan to remedy the problem. A new sump pump was installed, all within 1 day. They provided quality products & were knowledgeable with their installation. They were neat & professional with the entire job, leaving no mess. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from.
