"ERS provides excellent customer service. They are VERY responsive on communications; virtually all emails replied to in less than an hour. They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement). No nonsense professionals, thorough, got the job done quickly with minimal disruption to me and my household pets. They helped with disposal of furniture (foam mattress) and clothing where the mold could not be remediated completely, and even arranged to launder some clothes and linens just "to be safe". Cleanup was impeccably done after the mold was removed, and they were all helpful with tips about next steps including mold-resistant paint for ceilings and other affected areas.
