"Work went well. Contractor was punctual and explained each step of the process. Contractor took care to safely remove mold while keeping the work area and house clean."

"Berhardt was great to work with in the quoting process for our floor removal asbestos issue. While we ultimately went with a different contractor, I would feel confident to reach out to them on future projects."

"I contacted them yesterday for Mold Remediation services. I would recommend reaching out to this company for this type of service. I spoke to the owner and he was kind enough to talk me through my problem over the phone. He was completely honest up front and told me how to solve this issue on my own without spending any money. The other 2 companies I called for this service wanted to charge me a large amount upfront and I would have ended up wasting a lot of money if I hadn’t spoke to the owner of Illinois Mold Eradicator. It’s hard to find honest people now a days, I would highly recommend anyone to use this company as their first choice!"

"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"Quick response, professional demeanor and thoroughly done with our mold remediation process. We should have hired them 6 months ago!"

"Simon was incredibly communicative, informed, and a breeze to work with. He sent photo updates throughout the process, and ran us through exactly what the plan was for removing our floor tile asbestos - he and his team did a fantastic job!"

"Removal and clean-up was great. Everything from start to finish was handled by Weber Group. No worries! I would recommend them to anyone who needs asbestos or lead removal work done."

"Dee H. Q0 01 0 冷[责][*][命] 2 hours ago The team at Rapid Mold Services LLC is excellent. Post horrific storms in August my basement had mold. There were several delays tying to have any compa- nies come out for an estimate so I went on Angis List and found Agustin. He came out right away to assess the dam- age and provided a reasonable price. 1 am very pleased with the outcome anc highly recommend if you need their ser- vices give them a call. You will not be sorry. Thanks to Rapid Mold Services from Burbank, ILL."

"Brian with Southside mold and testing is one of the best companies I have ever experienced. Discovering mold in your home for us was very unsettling and scary. From the first phone call with Brian to the mold remedy completion, we received service excellence and piece of mind. Brian is very talented, knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail the what, how and why about the project in its entirety. Even with the price being great, I am still not one to hire service without having at least two or three professional quotes and opinions but this Company and Brian made it apparent to look no further. Thank you Southside Mold and testing and THANK YOU BRIAN!!"

"Job went great. Price was fair, permits were obtained quickly, and work was completed promptly. Communication was great; A&B communicated with us prior to providing the estimate to remind us the estimate was scheduled on the day of, prior to starting the job, and immediately after the job was done to provide certification of job completion/asbestos removal. No complaints!"
