"Proposal was well written, but went to far, as to work that needed to be done. This was a mold clean up and not a complete mold remediation as suggested in quote. Mold clean up was done by another company at 1/4 the price and guaranteed for 1 year....."

"Great experience with this mold company. They came out for a free inspection and made me feel completely at ease about bringing my family into the home."

"Great customer service, quick turn around with results!"

"Easy and fast communication. Business owner came out quickly per our request, and tested the air quality in an around our home, and did mold testing. He was speedy and kind; very informative of what he was doing and what he would be looking for. Gave us his thoughts and recommendations on what we saw visually, and then put the tests in to the laboratory same day. Results came back within 3 days. I highly recommend them for your mold and air testing needs!"

"I had a great experience working with Bay Area Inspection Services LLC. The inspectors were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all findings in a simple and clear way. They were punctual, professional, and respectful throughout the process. The report was detailed and delivered quickly. I would definitely use their services again."

"Peter knows what he is doing & made very good suggestions. For 1st phase I am doing the work myself. If that does not mitigate well, then I will be using him."

"John was awesome and answered all of my questions and had the best price out of all of my quotes on top of the fact he did a SUPERB job getting rid of the mold in my house. He was able to eliminate any scarring on the wall too. If you need mold removal, look no further because this is the company you need to hire!"

"In my case, they allowed me to use "baby wipes" to collect samples after work was done in our home replacing an air handler that had asbestos tape at the ceiling joint with the plenum. they allowed me to drive the samples to their office, promptly sent them off for testing, and even called me, (this, just before New Year's), and let me know that no asbestos was found. An email with this information was also sent. Everyone listened patiently to my story and communicated kindly and intelligently and to the point."
