"Once contacted, Gregory Paxson provided timely and very professional mold and remediation services. Besides finding mold in several areas of the home, he also discovered the cause of the mold. All of the damaged materials were removed which allowed the plumbers to repair the water leaks that were causing the mold. Mr Paxson then was able to remove and replace the damaged insulation in the crawl space. During that work, he also discovered an additional structural problem that had to be addressed. In summary, Mr Paxson successfully completed removing the mold, conducting microbial remediation steps, replacing the damaged insulation, and installing a new crawl space vapor barrier ."

"I can't say enough about Joe and Frank. They know their business. The mold problem was remediated quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Failsafe, they were neat, clean, and safe. The containment area was impressive with negative air pressure maintained to avoid spreading spores. This is a big job, with multiple aspects to repair the crack in the outside wall to prevent further issues. Failsafe accomplished its portion flawlessly. The mold and musty smell is gone."

"They came quickly and took samples to test crawl space for asbestos. Results were back ASAP. Pricing was a bit expensive for what was only a few minutes in home."

"We attended a dinner to be introduced to the products of Quality Eco Technology (QET) last week. The lively and dynamic presenter (Dale Wood) provided us with impressive information about household problems and solutions. We agreed to invite QET's regional representative (Jason Gamse) to inspect and evaluate any problems in our home. With clarity, experience, and effectiveness, he explained all the necessary steps and costs to us. The inspection revealed some problems, like mold, lack of insulation, and unwanted chemicals in the water. Jason took pictures of all problem sites. We agreed to a very decent discount. The next day, the friendly and efficient crew, Darrick and Travis, arrived on time, and began the jobs promptly. In the attic we had some multi-layer insulation added to some trouble spots, mold treatment, and a solar fan installed. A mold block was put in the crawl space. We also had a whole house water filtration system and the pro-biotic system installed. Each installation was clearly explained as to purpose, warranty, and maintenance requirements. Upon completion, each area was removed of debris and cleaned. All in all, the experience from dinner to inspection and recommendations to the final installations was a pleasurable experience and made our home (and us) more healthy. Five stars!"

"Josiah showed up on the days he promised and worked diligently to complete my shower install. He and his partner were respectful and congenial with my family, he even went out of his way to bring my grandson a gift on his second day in my home. I would re-hire Doc's in the future."

"The technician was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer any and all questions about the project. The work was performed with precision and professionalism. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service."
