Charles goes above and beyond in terms of his availability, his involvement throughout the job, his willingness to provide advice and his help in working with contractors. He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."
