"Charles was invaluable to our project. We called him before starting a renovation because we live in an old house and wanted to make sure there was not asbestos in the walls before tearing them down. He took asbestos samples and luckily there was no asbestos. However, when he was here, he noticed mold all along the floor edges in the sunroom. He took samples of the mold and the air. He also suspected mold in the air handler to our HVAC. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of our home. Sure enough, there was mold present. He helped us find a mold remediation expert and supervised the job. When the mold remediator was finished, Charles found a spot that they missed so was able to facilitate bringing the remediator back to complete the job. Charles goes above and beyond in terms of his availability, his involvement throughout the job, his willingness to provide advice and his help in working with contractors. He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."

"I followed the advice on an earlier report and clearly defined where I wanted the pipe to be installed. The estimator and I determined two possible sites though he and I each preferred different sites. The installer, James, was very easy to work with. He was able to install the pipe where I wanted the pipe. The installation was quick, relatively quiet and they cleaned up the site. The estimator again showed up as promised to install the radon test machine as they guarantee a reduction below 4. The fan, which runs outside the house will add to your electric bill. I haven't received a new bill yet so I can't say how much, though estimates are from $50-150 a year. Also, your town may require permits and that adds to the cost. Montclair charges $95 for permits."

"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with.
