He came out to view the basement within 2 days and had a proposal for me within 2 days after. There was no delay in my basement sheetrock project, as they were able to work on the other side of the wall where the fan went. The fan duct has to go above the roofline of my home and the placement that they chose was very unobtrusive. All in all it was a smooth, professional job.
