"Jon from MoldGone easily saved me more than a thousand dollars by providing an expert opinion on proposed mold remediation by another company. His response was very timely, and he actually turned down the opportunity to undertake work, saying that the situation did not warrant remediation by his company. It was very refreshing to have someone advise that their services were actually NOT required in this instance. Should I every have any future questions regarding mold remediation, Jon will definitely be my first call."

"Young Environmental is an experienced, knowledgeable company that specializes in asbestos mitigation. We found them through Angie's List to address a problem we needed completed in order for other work to be done (the installation of a French drain for a sump pump). It was when we were getting an estimate for that work that we were told the tiles needed to be removed first because of the asbestos used in the tiles of that age (1960s). We received a quick response from Young Env. They told us that while both the tiles and mastic contained asbestos the amount was minimal and likely not a health hazard. I probably could have removed the tiles myself, but removing the mastic was a whole different issue. Young does an excellent job of sealing the area to prevent any exposure and guarantees their work. The post-mitigation testing is done by a different company (Geller Labs in our case), so there is that additional assurance. No remaining asbestos was found and the other work was able to proceed. Total work was approx. 213 linear feet of tile and mastic, just where the sump pump trench would be excavated. We plan on having them back to do the rest of the area (with a quote that obviously provides credit for work done)."

"The company agreed to see my home within days of calling them. He was friendly and professional. He evaluated the mold growth and determined the cause and cleaned/removed the mold the same day. His prompt service put me at ease and made me feel more secure about my child sleeping in his room. I would definitely hire this company again."

"Zeromold was very helpful. I had mold in my basement bathroom. I didn't know how long it had been there or if it was also somewhere else I couldn't see. They tested for mold and cleaned it all up. Very effective. Thanks."

"Santos was extremely responsive and gave me a quote quickly. His team was able to complete the work within two days and did a fabulous job! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to remove asbestos!"

"Our Radon inspection report came back with a 12 pCi/L result, which we needed to immediately resolve.  I contacted John from Radon Abatement Services for mitigation services.  He was very professional and informative.  He asked me questions about my home and then was given a quote based on my description.  The work crew showed up on time and was very professional.  The work was completed in the allotted time and for the exact price quote.  I would definitely recommend to family and friends."

"We reached out to Green Home Solutions after discovering a dark mold like substance in one of our air vents. Roy called me within minutes of my Angie's List reach out and set up a complimentary inspection for the very next day. Roy inspected the 'mold' and quickly determined that our problem was a case of bad dust rather than mold. Roy could have charged us a ton of money offering his mold remediation services. Instead, he offered sound advice and education in how we should clean up the dust and keep our home mold free. Roy went above and beyond in sharing his expertise with us during the complimentary house visit. Roy did not pressure us into purchasing any services. We are so grateful to have reached out to Green Home Solutions and to have discussed our mold concerns with Roy. We would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Very helpful. Learned a lot about how harmful mold can be All the way through the process, creat customer service."

"My inspector was Bailey, and she was very friendly/knowledgable. I had a leak in the bathroom at my rental property, and she called me beforehand to get the background of the job since I do not live there. She took several moisture readings and a picture of no mold showing in the camera. I would definitely use their service again when it is needed."
