"They arrived on time.  They worked within our obstacles of pets and kids.  When Chris opened the box for the new unit found that it was severely dented and called for a new unit to be brought. He went ahead and did what work he could do without the unit.  Once the unit got here he was ready to hook it up and continue.  I had to leave for a job interview and had now problem leaving Chris to do the job he had to do.  He did a wonderful job.
