"Tim built a closet in our basement around our sump pump and electric panel. It has transformed our basement! He also attached trim and fixed drywall in several areas. Tim is professional, hard working, and courteous,"

"Courteous, Knowledgeable, and conscious of time spent, they managed the time well and took on a variety of tasks on our honey do list including fixing cabinets, repairing bathroom ceiling and wall, basement drywall, ceiling fan repair and toilet plumbing work. Will use them again"

"First of all i spoke with a lot of guys that are in this field of work. I feel like its a sales "Cat and mouse " game with them all for the exception of Across town foundation co. They are so laid back what a great feeling  ZERO pressure.  The price was amazing . The work started early and the guys stayed on it hard till the end of the day. The job took three days and my house is back to it proper placement. Now i dont have to take money off when we sell. Im sure they saved me $10,000 in the long run.  Thanks so much for your hard work!

"They did excellent service and the price was reasonable. They were easy to schedule and very accommodating in terms of getting the grass cut. They did a nice job. They did not require a long term contract."

"Jeff showed up, did what I needed"

"Mike is great to work with and even came to the house to check the yard. It helped us decide which option to choose."

"Jason Griggs is a great & trustworthy contractor. His work is excellent and a great value. Not only will I use Griggs in the future I also referred him to several friends."

"It went well overall! My brother got the remodeled bathroom that he wanted to have. Brandon was diligent in repairing all items that needed to be done before installing the ceramic tiles around the shower and the bathroom flooring. These repairs are only items that you can know once you start demolishing. Brandon did more I think than what he signed up for in doing the necessary repairs. He is good in what he does! Thanks, Brandon and crew!"

"Very happy. Existing garage door openers were very old when I bought the house. We have double garage doors, so needed two new ones. He installed sensor so garage door will not come down if kids/dog/random stuff gets in the way. Really like the key pad, and he helped program door to my car's button. Everything was done in one day. Good value for price. Recommending to other neighbors too!"

"We felt we were in good hands from the beginning based on an outdoor chimney project J&M completed for us earlier this year. That job was done expertly (thanks again Jason), quickly and at a fair price and I'm happy to say that this result also describes our bathroom project exactly. From beginning to end, James kept things going efficiently and with a minimum of construction-clutter & dust. Despite having to jackhammer concrete flooring to relocate an inaccessible existing sewer-line stub followed by a minor adjustment re-positioning the toilet, the end-result is nicer than anything I'd imagined. James was also flexible in scheduling work elsewhere for several days near the finish so we could prime and paint before installation of vanity, toilet, lights and fixtures. We finally feel like our 3/4 finished basement is now complete. We've got several more construction projects in the works (minor & major) and are confident we won't have to look for a different contractor for future work.
As this review comes much later than I had intended, a belated thank-you and Merry Christmas/Happy New Year to all at J&M Construction and to James, Erica and family!
