"We felt we were in good hands from the beginning based on an outdoor chimney project J&M completed for us earlier this year. That job was done expertly (thanks again Jason), quickly and at a fair price and I'm happy to say that this result also describes our bathroom project exactly. From beginning to end, James kept things going efficiently and with a minimum of construction-clutter & dust. Despite having to jackhammer concrete flooring to relocate an inaccessible existing sewer-line stub followed by a minor adjustment re-positioning the toilet, the end-result is nicer than anything I'd imagined. James was also flexible in scheduling work elsewhere for several days near the finish so we could prime and paint before installation of vanity, toilet, lights and fixtures. We finally feel like our 3/4 finished basement is now complete. We've got several more construction projects in the works (minor & major) and are confident we won't have to look for a different contractor for future work.
