"Feb. snow and rainstorms caused a large ice dam to form on our North side roof, and we had water damage in both the master bathroom and the family room.
Both ceilings had water stains--and both were cathedral ceilngs--high and difficult to reach.  We also had some cracked plaster in the corner of the family room from settling,  as well as one corner in the kitchen. The very top of the ceiling in the master bath had some loosening of the drywall tape and "mud", and since we were at it, I asked them to include this, as well as a cleaning and replacement of light bulbs in the kitchen fan--again, too high for us to get to.  Inspection of the bathroom water stain proved to be not from the ice dam, but a problem with the installation of the bathroom fan and light by the original owners--use of too small a unit and no insulation, causing lots of condensation which leaked down and stained the ceiling.  Both rooms would need repainting of the ceilings and the family room needed a total repaint.  Touch-up of the bathroom wall where some nails had popped and needed recovering would be enough. They matched our 9 year old paint perfectly.
The men arrived punctually each of the three days it required.  They moved and/or covered furnishings and carpeting both in the rooms and in the hallways to protect  them and were very careful to keep dust and dirt to a minimum, and cleaned everything up each night so we could resume normal  living.  They did a great job with everything, and installed a new fan unit of the correct size in the bathroom--cleaned up my kitchen ceiling, and made the fan/light unit look like new. The men were courteous and good at their jobs and did everything we had asked.
Our house looks great again, and we are very satisfied with the company, their estimator Phil; Joe, their supervisor, and his crew.
We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

"A two person team arrived promptly at 08:20 am. The team consisted of a very polite gentleman and his nice young assistant.They did a very good job.  They scooped out any built-up debris and emptied the elbows and downspouts and double-checked the fittings of the gutters, elbows and downspouts for leaks.  They gave me suggestions for what would be needed for future protection and maintaining of our 10 year old gutters, such as leaf guards, trimming away of tree branches around the roof and house.  There are some leaks in the joints of the gutters that I knew about and he pointed them out to me and suggested that I call the office to get more information on products that are available through ASG  Seamless Gutters and the price ranges for what I was interested in.  They also double-checked the yard and made sure our deck was clean of any large debris that might have come out of our gutters. The man also brushed off the deck where some organic material and water had fallen. They were careful of our flowers around our home and our deck furniture.

"It went great!   Glen and his wife Lisa came out and took measurements, and then created drawings needed to get approval from the town for the permits.   Extensive work was done and it took a couple months in total.    We had them building two dormers and a balcony, reroof the home, install tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, install windows, and then paint inside and out.   It was a complicated process but Glen managed things well.  He has a good crew of workers.   We have referred North American Building to other people with similar results!
