He even offered to re-stain a three-story wooden partition for us at no extra cost. The project took five weeks to complete (quite a bit longer than originally estimated, delayed due to unusually rainy weather), but Rick was in touch each day to let us know if the forecast allowed for work to be performed. It was somewhat tricky because the new deck is on a sloping rocky hill- and the old deck was designed in the shape of the bay windows on the house facing the lakeside. Our deck sets up high off the ground. 15 ft (where the old deck is and maybe 4 ft where the new deck is) Ryan tightened down and repaired our old deck too. It was loose in one area. He made it sturdy and put some new wood up. He also found a new place for our flag post and put that in for us too.. We now have about 1000 sq ft of A STUNNING DECK overlooking our Beautiful Lake Our neighbors comment how great it looks. I told Ryan to drop a business sign in the front yard ( lake side) So boaters can get his information if they want a deck built. Ryan is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL a HARD WORKER, METICULOUS, PERFECTIONIST, and HONEST. If you want someone whose good call the other guy. If you want someone whose Great, still call the other guy. But if you want the BEST, call Ryan Swan.
