He helped transform our new build house into a finished home. He is able to install many things, curtain rods, ceiling shower rods, heavy mirrors, heavy art work, and now is tackling adding wire rack shelves in our closets. Next up some Ikea cabinets in our laundry, and painting our garage. His prices are up front and very reasonable. He is licensed and insured. We feel he is quite a gem to have found! Would not hesitate to hire him again and again. He is very positive, eager to work and does excellent work."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Denis Dougherty of Philadelphia Brick & Stone Pointing worked over the weekend to fix the chimney that was causing leaks on rainy days and he fixed some sagging bricks. I was away when he worked on them but everything was fixed when I came back. It's been a few months now and still no leaks even with heavy rain."

They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted. "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

"The cost of the masonry service was $1500. The cost of service for the concrete patio work was $3000. They did a nice job. There were no issues. I would use them again in the future, but I haven't been able to get in touch with them since then. When he was doing the work for me, he was great and very responsive. But he has kind of fallen off the radar; I don't know if he's still in business. He does what he says he is going to do when he is going to do it."
