She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.

"I couldn't be happier with their service.  Our old garage door died late on Thursday and Andrew's answered my call at 8:00PM and were able to schedule an appointment on Saturday.  They arrived within their three hour window then quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the options.  Once I decided to go with a replacement, their technician Chris was at my house Monday to complete the install while my wife and I were at work.  After I got home, I was able to call Chris and he walked me though his observations and answered my questions.  
Their work was great, but the most impressive thing was their level of communication and accessibility.  It made coordinating and scheduling very easy.
