Scott from Jack of All Trades did a great job repairing the plumbing, testing to make sure it was fixed and no other leaks existed, and repairing the drywall so it looked like it never happened. While he was at it we also tossed a few extra items from the honey-do list and they were fixed like it was nothing. You can tell these guys have a ton of experience, they knew all the tricks to fix everything far easier than I expected. I'd have them back to work on my house again without a second thought."

He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub. Not every contractor that I have worked with has been as concerned with ensuring the end product was built right, and built the way I wanted it done. He took care of every detail from permitting to inspections. Dan and his crew were very dependable, and they kept the work site neat and clean. The deck itself has been a great addition to our home. The Trex decking looks great and has required no maintenance. I highly recommend the Rain Escapes under deck roofing. With a waterproof barrier overhead, the patio underneath provides space to use during the rainy months. It has essentially doubled the size of our outdoor living space, and extended the seasons where we can use it.
