Michael immediately saw that there was no vent thru roof for the upstairs bath fan as we have no attic. "His workmanship was the highest quality and conscientious for a handyman that I have work with, he had put up 4 walls for me and a very large deck, the deck has a one shed underneath, done a door though it like an old English pub door from scratch. He refurbished 2 flights of stairs, from a dark brown color to a flat gold railing with white balusters. Nathan started the deck in January, through the winter, worked through the winter, up to 8 o'clock PM to put up the post on the deck, that shows dedication of Nathan. He also put up a centralized cooling system for me 3 months ago."

"Jacquiline and August were great. They moved and scrubbed under stove, fridge, washer, and dryer, finding toys and other small items from the previous owners, as well as some of my long-lost socks! Floors were mopped with multiple buckets of clean water, surfaces and pictures cleaned and or dusted, carpets vacuumed. Interior of fridge taken apart and scrubbed. I can’t list here everything that was cleaned, but I will continue with monthly services so I don’t completely undo all their hard work."

"Door Replacement - more work than originally thought but was due to change in codes requiring fire rated door. Since an interior door was being replaced with an exterior door there was a size difference which required reframing the door jam. They walked me through the process of why and how and proceeded.
Deck repairs - more damage that orginally known as structural members were not exposed. Once exisitng stairs were remove there was considerable rot. Offered alternate solutions for handrail. Discussed material options. Provided game plan for repair. Purchased needed materials. Deck repairs completed and handrail added.
Existing electrical outlet changed out to provide plug for garage door opener that had been installed using an extension cord.
The work was more time intense but they stuck with the job until completed in the same in order to work with my travel schedule.
Great all around knowledge of the construction trades. Methodical and kept a clean job site. Kept me up to speed on each project.
