"It went well, He arrived with the boards after picking them up. Set up his equipment and went to work. Boards were at an angle and some spots were hard to get at. Kevin also replaced 3 step areas leading onto the deck and a 4th area that was in front of our kitchen slider. He did a professional job. My only comment is he used "green" outdoor decking and I believe I wrote on the returned estimate that regular wood was fine to use. In any event, we got more than we were expecting and were pleased with the finished job. Kevin has also done work at a home I rent out. He suggested a way to do it faster and cheaper. I was pleased with that job as well."

I fully trust Andy and his team to work independently in our home. His team is hardworking, professional and responsive. They are very detail oriented and when the project was suspended due to my daughter not feeling well they rearranged their schedule so they could come right back to finish once she was better. "The job was just to replace the panels on the fence in the backyard. Robert came out for an estimate and told me that the posts were fine and I only had to get new panels and he'd put them up. We set an appt for 8:00. At 8:45 that morning, I had to call to see if he was coming. He said he was on his way. Having made special arrangements to be here at 8:00, this lack of communication and punctuality really irritated me. Rob finally showed after 9:00. He didn't stop in to say he was here - he just got to work. I'm glad I didn't have any special instructions for the job! In the end, the fence looks nice. It is almost all level side to side but not really front to back. I assume that this is because the posts are no longer square - a fact that I would have appreciated having been notified about and given the opportunity to rectify. All in all, this is a passing job because you really can't tell by looking at the fence that there is anything wrong. And the cost was so much lower than any other estimate that I got that it's hard to complain."

"I bought a special deal for $250 for 8 hours of outdoor painting. The deal was for mostly the labor as I also had to buy the paint. I bought a gallon of outdoor paint for $44 before the project was to begin. The painter was to be at my house by 9am to begin the work. He was timely, looked around, and set up pretty much right away. Around 11:15 he then told me that the gallon of paint would not work because it would drip and he felt that it would not look good. I had to send my husband out for spray paint at that point. I was able to have the front shutters completed after that. The shutters were taken down, painted, and put back up. The positives: my appointment was made quickly, the owner was very polite while dealing with him to set up appt and while he was here, shutters were taken down and put back up, the paint does look good on the shutters The negatives: I wasted money on a gallon of paint that cannot be used, I wish that there was a way for the painter to come and tell you the information before so you are not wasting money, the painter was there for 2 hours before letting me know he couldn't use the gallon and when you pay for a certain time limit, that is important, when he left, I walked around to the side of my house and there was black spray paint all over the lawn -"
