I had him hange a large mirror, install a security camera system (the system was “blink” and was wireless and ran on batteries, brackets installed and camera positioning done), fix a wall lamp that was falling off wall and trouble shoot a tv remote problem. The price was $276 for a two hour minimum. When I booked appointment I thought it was a lot but he got a lot done in two hours. I would recommend that you have enough projects so you can keep him busy for 2 hours."

He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub. We went with the composite decking and couldn't be happier with the quality of the materials used not just for the decking but for the structure itself and the railings. The quality of Scott's craftsmanship is superb. I have dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and the quality and professionalism Scott provided is among the very best."

They checked in with us on decisions they needed to make, but were always happy to talk through our options and make recommendations when we needed them. They were willing to do a lot of smaller handyman type jobs related to the deck (hauling away all the old decking, replacing a vent screen that was blocked by the old deck and had a hole in it, painting the side of the house where the old deck was at a different height) which made the whole experience a great one. They handled all of the materials purchasing for us without an additional fee (other than cost plus billed time). We absolutely plan on having them return and do more work for us as we redo other parts of the house.
