"i was pleasantly surprised that they were available to work on new years eve (which was very convenient for me). it happened to be only about 20 degrees outside and i had some outdoor light fixtures to be replaced. i offered to let them do that on a warmer day, but they cheerfully did it anyway!
about 5 minutes before they arrived my daughters who were home for the holiday informed me the toilet in their bathroom wasn't working. not something i wanted to deal with on a holiday...but galen and his co-worker said no problem and fixed that too!

I was at work the week they worked on my deck and my wife was at home. Everyone there was considerate and treated my family nice. The deck come out beautiful and was exactly as we wanted. The only negative thing with the deck experience was something that was not in the control of any one and it was the rain that pushed the build back, however Jason was in contact with us and we were kept informed of this and all.
