"The dryer door switch was repaired and all sections of the dryer were checked and cleaned. The vent to the outside was checked as well as all functions of the dryer. "We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. "I had previously had a handiman attempt to install this celing fan with remote control and he was unable to do so despite calling the Home Depot help line who told him the universal remote was incompatable with this celing fan. When I returned to Home Depot they said it could be done and contacted their preferred electrition to do the job. I attempted to reach him several times and had poor results. Since I had used Sam Reid Urban Construction for a plumbing job in the past and was happy with the results I gave him a try. Sam did a great job. He had no problems getting the celing fan to work. He did not need to contact any help line he just has very good problem solving skills! I will definately use Urban Construction in the future, my experiences with Sam have been very positive."
