Their tile work wasn?t the best and we actually have an issue with some of the tiles that they did some grout work that I haven?t been happy with. It has just been difficult for them to figure out how to correct it. The guy that came out was reasonably professional and a friendly guy. Occasionally, there would be times when we thought that they would not show up, but they usually called at some point during the day. Their pricing was reasonable and the clean up was very good."

"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about how they turned a disaster into manageable problem. Superb service and staff."
