"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "Great experience.  Pete charged the exact fee of his initial estimate, and even came out for a second visit the day after initial repairs in order to run a dedicated line to our pool pump (which was not part of the initial bid).   His colleague spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting a short circuit in our garage and guest house, and repaired those problems with new wiring.  He even loaned us a 50 amp cable to feed a subpanel in our kitchen during construction -- for free -- with constrction scheduled to last 4-6 months!

"I literally cannot recommend Armor Tek more highly. For obvious reasons I hope to never need his flood restoration services again, but if for some reason we do suffer water damage and/or mold again, I would absolutely use Armor Tek again. Our job ended up being significantly more gnarly than initially expected, and throughout TC was a great, clear communicator and repeatedly went way above and beyond to try to get our situation mitigated so we could get back home asap. Our attic , which we learned during the course of this work has been a secret disaster area since about 1977, is now immaculately clean and mold-free. I'm positive TC should have charged us more than he did, to be honest, but really appreciate his consideration of all our needs. To top it off he is a really kind person who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about indoor air quality -- I learned tons from working with him.
