"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "After reading their good reviews, we called ASG Seamless Gutters, and received an appointment for an estimate (which was free) right away.  Two gentlemen arrived right on time for the appointment (no four-hour window of waiting).  They were shown the insurance appraisal for the repair.  After taking measurements and assessing the damage, we were given an estimate that was $425 less than the appraisal.  We scheduled an appointment for one week later.  Because a storm was expected on the day of the appointment, they rescheduled for the day before the original appointment.  Two gentlemen arrived the day of the appointment as scheduled.  On the day the estimate was given, we were told the work would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours.  The work was completed and all of the old gutters were removed in exactly 2 hours.  The amount of the estimate was the amount we paid.
