Our garage door opener broke late on a Saturday night with the car trapped inside. We had already decided to replace the door anyway so we read reports on Sunday and called.  We had to leave a message but received a call very soon. First thing  Monday morning Aaron came and fixed the problem so we could get out.  Then  he took measurements and gave us a quote on a new door and opener that we picked out.  Then we made arrangements to have the new door installed the following week.

We were surprised when George arrived by himself at the appointed time on Monday morning. We thought it would take a whole crew to take down the old wood door.  But George is a one man crew.  He looked over the situation and in no time he was dis-assembling the door and removing the pieces. Then the opener was taken down and the tracks with the huge metal springs.  Then he put up the new tracks and springs, assembled the new door, and put up the new opener.  Even with a couple of nosy spectators interrupting with questions the whole job took only three hours. He reconnected our two existing opener buttons and installed a new one and everything was explained and tested before he left.  All of the removed door and opener pieces were loaded on his truck and he even swept out the garage before he left.  The garage was actually cleaner after he left than before he started !
From the first phone call (about a broken opener) to the last wave it was a very happy experience  and one we would definitely recommend."

"Sunnyview came to the property and removed a couple of trees for us and did a great job. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They cleaned everything up after grinding out the stump’s and we had to put sod down and they did a fantastic job. They were the best price after having several other quotes and they were always friendly and nice and matter-of-fact we are going to have them come out again this coming spring to do more work for us. "We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"I bought a special deal for $250 for 8 hours of outdoor painting. The deal was for mostly the labor as I also had to buy the paint. I bought a gallon of outdoor paint for $44 before the project was to begin. The painter was to be at my house by 9am to begin the work. He was timely, looked around, and set up pretty much right away. Around 11:15 he then told me that the gallon of paint would not work because it would drip and he felt that it would not look good. I had to send my husband out for spray paint at that point. I was able to have the front shutters completed after that. The shutters were taken down, painted, and put back up. The positives: my appointment was made quickly, the owner was very polite while dealing with him to set up appt and while he was here, shutters were taken down and put back up, the paint does look good on the shutters The negatives: I wasted money on a gallon of paint that cannot be used, I wish that there was a way for the painter to come and tell you the information before so you are not wasting money, the painter was there for 2 hours before letting me know he couldn't use the gallon and when you pay for a certain time limit, that is important, when he left, I walked around to the side of my house and there was black spray paint all over the lawn -"

"Stuart Nyberg has done roofing for us in the past. I discovered a water stain on an upstairs ceiling and despite being incredibly busy he came out to take a look and diagnosed a leaky chimney. He fit us in and took care of it within the next week, and the price was quite reasonable. Honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and a person with professional integrity. Highly recommended for roofs and gutters too. He may not be the cheapest estimate you get (he certainly is not the most expensive) but the work is solid and he stands behind it. You get what you pay for."
