"The quality of the work done was excellent! We did have a couple of communication issues that delayed work a few days, but once those were cleared up, everyone was really responsive. They got the full restucco of our house done in 1 day! It seemed like everything on our house was more of a pain than we initially thought it would be, but the staff were fantastic about staying late and making sure everything was done well. They even took the time to paint our gutters so that they would coordinate better with the house. All the guys on the job were really skilled and very, very kind.
The only thing that I had an issue with was the clean-up/follow-up work that was done. When they were scraping paint, they didn't cover the ground, or my children's sand box, so I've been picking up paint chips for some time. My young children and I also have found about a dozen screws in my grass/ground that were left behind when they were changing out the gutters. In addition, they didn't put back any of the paving stones they took up to dig for the restucco. Finally, there were also a few areas on the freshly painted woodwork that got chipped during the restucco, but no one came through at the end and did any touch-ups. They did leave the extra paint for me to do it, but it would have been nice if it were part of the work. 
All in all, it was a positive experience. I would recommend them, but just make sure you're firm about the clean-up details that you want done.

"Can Build has completed numerous jobs for me over the past 8 years. The owner, Johnathan Downs, is incredibly talented and genuinely cares about doing things right. Johnathan made the deprecated HVAC vents in my historic home disappear, no trace of their former existence. He hung the sheetrock in a new art studio built in my backyard. Despite the less-than-perfect framing (by me), the interior walls are perfect; nary a ripple or a waggle. Johnathan applied stain to my cedar-clad garage and art studio, a somewhat tricky process; the result was perfection. Johnathan also painted the 100-year-old brick exterior and wooden eaves of my house. There were layers of old peeling paint dangling from the eaves. He meticulously scrapped and patched that mess, and the result is spectacular. Every penny spent with Can Build was worth it. No matter the task, I would not hesitate to hire Can Build."
