While other potential handymen were not talking to us at all just walking in the house and then walking out. Not only was javi handyman fast, they discovered water damage and showed us the wood that was coroded (thank goodness, now we know). The work was very clean, crisp and more secured to the foundation than before. If any mess was made they cleaned it up abruptly. Hauled away any trash and debris in the end.
