"Great experience with Cassio and his crew. The project covered a staircase across three floors with high ceilings, including staining the wooden railings and painting all trims. The final result looks excellent and the quality really stands out. Work was completed on time and the space was kept clean throughout. The K-rod painters were all extremely professional, arriving on time every day and leaving after a long day's work. They cleaned up after themselves each day, putting their materials away neatly and vacuuming away dust and debris. As each room was started, the team made sure to cover the floors, windows and door openings etc. in order to minimize dust and prevent spills etc. Each room was then properly sanded, caulked and prepared. The team then painted ceilings and trim by hand before moving to the wall colors. Several coats of excellent paint were applied, before final touch-ups were made.

The team also stained the ceiling of my portico, and the newly installed stair rails and stair trim. During the staining process, I expressed some concern about the color of the stain (which my GC had selected). I thought it was coming out too dark. The K-rod manager changed his clothes and took over the job personally. He sanded and refinished the rails and treads to my satisfaction without a word of complaint.

Now that the job is completed, I am extremely pleased with the results. Their work is excellent, and they are a professional and courteous team. I will use them again and I have no hesitations about recommending them to anyone...

"Perfect. This was not a typical job. Normally painters paint flat surfaces. This job was to paint (stain) 62 6-sided boards installed as a pergola. I tried to do it myself but only did 4 boards before I gave up and called Target Painting. (Another company refused the job.) Gene was great, as well as all the crew. At one point, one of the painters went up on the roof to monitor the progress and inspect the hard-to-reach places. Everything was great, including the cleanup."

"We asked for estimates to stain the exterior of our house. Ozzy handled the estimate process the best of the three companies we contacted. He has a friendly, professional manner and his price was in line with the other quotes. Ed did the work and he worked very hard and was polite and very accommodating. Ozzy put in extra effort to get our color choice matched just right. He came to set up the job with Ed and returned to inspect when the job was done. Ozzy spent time painting areas he thought needed improvement, but we hadn't noticed. He then used a blower around the house and took the debris away -- a very nice extra touch! Will hire them again for our painting needs."
