Joe returned my call promptly and came out that same day to take a look at the space and let me know what would be feasible during the time period that I had paid for. He called me a couple days later to schedule.

"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. He explained his process thoroughly for removing stain from the patio concrete, which he successfully completed in the quoted time 3-days later. The patio was in NEW condition at the conclusion of his work."
