"They were great! We’ve have an older home with exterior shingles that have been painted many times. A few years ago, we had Residential Solutions do a full exterior paint that included some exterior sill and shingle replacement. They did a terrific job and the paint has generally held up well. We recently had a new roof put on and noticed we needed some paint repair near the roof. We called Residential Solutions again and they not only touched up the trim but also touched up paint on the shingles to keep the paint in good repair, replaced some shingles and fascia that woodpeckers had ruined, and we had them do interior trim repair and paint an interior stairwell. Just like the first time, the work was well done, and the crew prompt and tidy. They noticed and repaired things we hadn’t even caught.
